Meet Our Board of Directors
President and Founder specializing as a non profit strategist advocating for the humane treatment, rescue, and safe haven practices for horses in abused conditions.
Hello there and welcome to my world of horses! In 2016 I had a personal experience of saving a Friesian named Hunter who changed my life. He was abandoned by his owner and he altered the course of my life forever. Advocacy, rescue and sanctuary for horses are my focal points. I thrive in creating a world of love through the beauty of horses I rescue and telling their stories through Equine Fine Art Photography.
Mr. Fentress is the backbone of this organization because of his generosity and his support in our vision. Our path was carved out every step of the way with his leadership, guidance and integrity. Our beliefs in finding and securing the quality of living for rescued horses is shared with his passion for the value of animals on this planet, both wild and domestic. Mr. Fentress came to us over thirty years ago when our founder, Lisa Fara, met Mr. Fentress in the healing arts profession and developed a long lasting relationship. We are so grateful to him for all of his wisdom and contributions. Mr. Fentress currently resides in Los Angeles, and is an accomplished film producer in the movie industry.
Iva serves as our secretary on our board with a passion for animals and the healing presence they bring to our lives. Eva and our founder, Lisa met over twenty years ago and her personality of giving to others and especially animals is felt throughout our organization with her devotion to her volunteered time she contributes. She is an accomplished, successful thespian and she currently resides in Los Angeles with a devotion to our mission. She is one of our founding board members and has donated her time. We are so grateful that she is a part of our team.
